it made me think of photos I had taken of my own flowers...last year at this time, I had photos entered in a contest by our local newspaper. I didn't win anything but think some of mine are okay, too. here are some of my favorites...

Flowers are such beautiful and patient subjects! #4 is my favourite, I love the angle.
Those flowers are GORGEOUS
I thought I recognized one of those! :-) Lilies are one of my favorite flowers and the 2nd from bottom is great! (They say an odd number of subjects make the best photos for our wee brains for some reason.) Cool shots.
