I went outside to take a photo of my daughter's first time on my husband's motorcycle and couldn't resist taking some photos of my black eyed susans....my memory card came up as full so here are the first two...
oh, almost forgot...the original reason I ventured out into the heat to begin with....my daughter on the back of the motorcycle...just a slow ride up and down the street....

That 3rd shot of your flowers is great! The blue sky and clouds coming though give nice contrasting color to the vibrant flower's color. Also, the motorcycle ride leaving is great. Tells a story. Good photo blog too, but do you have software to edit your pictures? If not try this for free, www.picnik.com. Great software that can help turn photos into black & white or bring up the contrast.
I absolutely love the yellow flowers. These pictures have a wonderful feel to them, they make me feel so dreamy...
